- Attendance of at least 75% is mandatory to qualify for the final certification.
- Students must complete all assignments and assessments as per the course requirements.
- We provide government-approved certificates after successful course completion.
3. Fees & Refund Policy
- All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid.
- In case of course discontinuation by the institute, a refund or alternative batch option will be provided.
- Any discount or scholarship is subject to approval and cannot be claimed after fee payment.
4. Conduct & Discipline
- Students must maintain discipline and follow classroom rules.
- Any misconduct, including misbehavior with faculty or fellow students, may result in suspension or termination.
- Use of mobile phones during class is prohibited unless permitted for learning purposes.
5. Use of Facilities
- Computers and software provided are for educational use only.
- Any damage to institute property will be the responsibility of the student.
- Students must not share login credentials or institute materials with unauthorized persons.
6. Changes & Cancellations
- ACIT Computer Centre reserves the right to modify course content, schedule, or faculty if necessary.
- In case of unavoidable circumstances, class rescheduling will be informed in advance.
7. Privacy Policy
- Personal information collected during enrollment will be kept confidential and used only for academic and administrative purposes.
- We do not share student data with third parties without consent.
8. Liability Disclaimer
- ACIT Computer Centre is not responsible for job placements but provides guidance and skill development.
- The institute will not be liable for any loss or damage caused due to unforeseen events beyond our control.
