At ACIT Computer Centre, we strive to provide high-quality education and services. However, due to the nature of our courses and training programs, we follow a strict no-refund policy with certain exceptions. Please read our refund policy carefully.
1. No Refund Policy
- Course fees, registration charges, and other payments are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid.
- No refunds will be issued for students who discontinue the course voluntarily after enrollment.
2. Exceptional Cases for Refund
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
- If the institute cancels a course due to unforeseen reasons, a full or partial refund may be provided.
- If a student is unable to continue due to medical emergencies (proof required), management may review the case and decide accordingly.
3. Course Rescheduling & Adjustments
- If a student is unable to attend a batch, they may request to be transferred to another batch (subject to availability).
- Course fees cannot be adjusted for a different program or transferred to another student.
